I'm not sure if this will help. But if you are looking for something that will help you with anemia, let me tell you what I did to no longer need EPO shots. Yep, I am on dialysis and needed EPO shots for almost a year. I started eating 2 cups of parsley a day. It not only brought my blood pressure down (didn't know it would do that) it also increased my red blood cell count so I no longer need EPO. It is EXTREMELY high in iron, Vitamin C and many other things. It helps with edema and water retention (they are slightly different actually) and many other things. It's a very beneficial tonic for the kidney over time. Juice it, puree it, make it into a salad with some salad dressing, or whatever but get it down and you will notice some incredible things that cheap plant can do for you!
