Sorr for the late response, I am feeling much better now then I did when I posted. I was being persuaded by outside influences that fasting is bad but it has STOPPED.

I have been suffering from bi polar depression, hyperthyroidism, acne, major hormonal imbalance, had a drug/alcohol addiction (sober for a year), and maybe candida.

I have been feeling better and lighter than I have had for since my track days. Energy is coming back and feel more positive.

I just want to know if you or anyone in this forum has experienced a slight purge of acne. I have been getting one or two bumps (not little zits and no whiteheads), but no breakouts since the beginning. One of the bumps has almost diminished to nothing over the course of a day when it would usually take a week.

Is this something normal?
