Re: Results of second flush

How was your flush the other day?? You have done 3 in the past month, you are really good about this! How do you feel, experiencing any positive changes?
I am planning mine tomorrow as scheduled, exactly one month since the last one. I am so excited. My skin has been really really good recently. It feels smoother and I haven't gotten any pimple in at least a month (my skin is more dry and I used to have no problems with pimples in my life but in the past few years it seems like these small pimples would appear more often than not, usually one at a time and then I would pick it and make it into a big ugly thing and when it finally healed, another one would show up, and so on, so I always seemed to have at least one spot on my face). But this past month or so my skin has been really smooth, no pimples, and it also feels softer and not as dry.
