printed this and am highlighting curently i am taking 5 to 8 vitamin d a day and take b12 (5 sublingaul tabs a day) and a b complex daily as well as the companion supplements with the iodine
will also add tyrosine


think i need to boost those up till i feel better

will order some Nutri-med desiccated thyroid does it matter which type tab or cap? porcine or bovine?

oh ya my temp runs low around 96.8 but i am sure it fluxuates i will look up that chart too

will read more on the pregnenolone and l-tryosine
i am taking HTP5 i probally could switch to DHEA

how can i get the ferritin up is that an iron pill afraid of those heard things about it or is there a better way?
