The best bowel cleanse that I have done is with Psyllium husk mixed with Bentonite clay. You can get these pre-mixed from various websites but it is much cheaper if you buy the ingredients on your own. You can take these while following a normal diet or if you want a more intense cleanse, you can do a fast and just take the psy. and bentonite 4 times a day for a few days (but I wouldn't do a very long fast depending on your body type). If you are overweight or have a very strong body you can fast a little longer. If you are underweight, be very careful with fasting, 1 or 2 days at the most.
