Thank you for the suggestion regarding having a phone number. Actually it's listed on our site already on the contact us page, but it is our local number so you'd have to pay international long distance rates which are rather high, not to mention you'd have to take into account the time difference between where you are and where we are (we sleep at night just like everyone else :) ).

To be honest with you though, technology nowadays has pretty much rendered the phone obsolete. We have many different contact channels where you can chat with us for free. For example, you can contact us through:

• Live Chat - Located on our website, just click on the flashing live chat button if we are online.
• Facebook - You can post messages to our wall.
• Twitter - You can tweet us a message.
• Youtube - Leave a comment on our YouTube channel.
• Contact Us Page - On our website click on the contact us link, complete the form, submit it and we will respond promptly.
• Customer Support Center - If you sign up for an account on our website you can submit a support ticket with us and track the status through your account panel.
• Skype - We have a Skype account if you'd like to chat or speak with us.
• Instant Messenger - We have MSN, Yahoo, Google Talk, and AIM instant messenger.

So you can see we provide numerous ways to contact us, all of which are free. :)
