Can't understand why she needs an operation for a white dischasrge. If it's for the heavy bleeding, it might be an "endometrial ablation" which destroys by scarring the inner lining of the uterus to reduce flow. It's a life decision because makes conception almost impossible and I think maybe tubular pregnancy could be a risk too.
