Ouch.

Hurrah, the fifth flush worked!

If you read my previous posts, you know I continued to have almost constant pain/attacks for 4 weeks while doing flush after flush to find relief. I passed over 3 cups of biliary sludge, but still hurt badly if I ate ANY amount of fat.

For the fifth flush I fasted for 24 hours before the oil-drinking ceremony.

I drank 1 tbs Epsom Salt in citrus juice at 10 AM, and then again at 4 PM.

At 5 PM I did a coffee/epsom salt enema set. This was 3 heaping tbs fresh ground coffee boiled in 2 quarts of water, strained and cooled, with 4 heaping tblsp of Epsom Salts added. I divided this liquid and poured half into the enema kit to make two sets of 12 minute enemas. The rest I used later for the second set of enemas.

At 6 PM I drank another 3/4 cup/1tbs Epsom Salt mixture (I also drank a pint of water in between each ES dose.)

At 8PM I drank 4th dose of 3/4 cup Epsom Salt mixture.

At 9:30 PM I did another set of coffee/Epsom Salt enemas.

At 10:15 PM I drank 1 cup of cold pressed olive oil mixed with 1 cup grapefruit juice (chugged it straight down)

Also took 4 Ornithine

10:20 I went to bed. Felt a little nausea until around 4 AM but slept through it.

About 10:50 PM I felt a large stone enter the common bile duct and pause. It hurt a little - not as bad as an attack. I thumped and massaged the area, and felt it move on through. A few minutes later - another one.

The next morning I drank the fifth dose of Epsom Salts. I felt very weak and achy, so I resorted to drinking a lot of water and taking Spirulina tablets. My energy levels picked up almost immediately.

I passed about 3/4 a cup of sludge all day.

4:00 PM I did a Probiotic enema to wash the rest out. More sludge. I felt like I needed to have a regular bowel movement but could not push anything out???

I was disappointed not to see any large stones.

The next morning I had oatmeal with yogurt and honey. At noon I had a bowel movement

OUCH.

Two masses of stone the sizes of golf balls plopped out (cutting my rectum) and floated in the toilet water.

After much rinsing and prodding they fell apart into 8 or 10 large grape sizes. I tried to smash one and couldn't. I got a pair of tongs and tried to break it. It finally cracked open into two pieces. Very hard!

This is the first day I've eaten and felt my gallbladder naturally emptying!!! I was so delighted my husband asked me why I was grinning like an idiot.

I believe the coffee/epsom salt enemas made it possible for me to get those big stones out.
