Who here knows about Probiotics?

Okay, I have some Theralac and Truflora Coming in the mail

I was told that these are very dangerous because of some strain of yeast that can cause illness. It could be that maybe it just cause that one person problems.

I was very excited about taking these while on vacation so I don't bring back the candida. The company seems to be very reputable and have been in business for awhile.

Who knows anything about these. Here is a link to each of them if you need to check the ingredients. I am kind of lost when it comes to this.
