Parsley Water - boil a bunch of parsley 3 min in water. Keep out some freeze the rest. Use 1 teaspoon in pet food.
Then 1 week later start
Regular strength green black walnut tinc. Exactly 1 drop on food, cats twice a week, larger dogs daily 3 drops but work up to it. Don't use Extra Strength black walnut tinc.

Start the wormwood 1 week later. Use 200 to 300 mg capsules, put a pinch on food
then 1 week later start Cloves put the smallest pinch possible on their food.

By the last week the pet will be taking parsley water, black walnut, wormwood and cloves.

This is the maintenence dose with all the herbs. The chart does not say whether you do this once a week or keep doing it daily but for humans it is once a week. If you stop the pets will most likely pick up more parasites.
