So dark chocolate even in tiny amounts is a small stimulant. However, I don't think a tiny amount is an awful thing to include in a recovery plan. In the whole scheme of things, aren't there a ton of other stimulants out there that are considered good for Adrenal Fatigue that do as much damage or more than a small amount of chocolate?

Other stimulants: Vitamin C, B complex vitamin, Ginseng, Astragalus, to name a few. Vitamin C and B vitamins are very stimulatory for me in particular, and weakened my adrenals over time, especially vitamin C.
An even worse stimulant for me has been HC. I was taking it when my cortisol was already high, and that stimulated and drained my adrenal glands far more than anything I've ever taken, over a year's time.
