Sorry, I am not sure what "worm dieth not" actually means.

Jesus says "worm dieth not" three times in Mark 9 and usually when something is repeated three times like that it is important. Isaiah 66:24 refers to hell in the same way:

Isa 66:24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.

Isaiah 14:11 is talking about Lucifer (satan) being sent to hell:

Isa 14:11 Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.
Isa 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

The way Isaiah 14:11 is worded, with "worms cover thee" makes it sound literal rather than symbolic but I can't say for sure.
