I really think the trick is with this stuff to aim for perfection.

So yeah drop gluten, go on a strong probiotic like kefir, strengthen the gut wall, cleanse your liver, etc.

I have discovered it can be very time-consuming and ineffective to tackle only one thing at a time, and aiming for complete digestive perfection is I think a much better approach!
