Kind of a side note to your fluoride comment. When I began studying Iodine and supplementing with it (and spent a lot of time on this forum learning a whole lot of helpful stuff -- thank you, friends)I learned that the green tea I had been drinking for years contains a whole lot of fluoride. I was shocked. I went back and read in my Cayce library that tea was not very good for you, although coffee in small amounts is okay. All these years I had believed that when I switched from coffee to tea I was improving my diet!
