How and what supplements to take to lower cortisol?

Hi there,

First time poster.
About a year ago, I had adrenal fatigue, and I over corrected the situation by over supplementing and over stimulating my adrenals. Anyways, my adrenals are now overproducing cortisol, but my DHEA is still low. I don't have the exact values for the cortisol, as my naturopath has them, but they are considerably high.

Anyways, I picked up some Holy Basil, Phosphatidylserine (PS) and some Relora. What is the best way to approach this?

Take all three of them everyday? Only stick to one supplement at a time? I obviously don't want to overdo it again :)
