I have been doing DE/RO water for a few years already, as well as Amla and Mag.citrate, but have not supplemented Calcium at all - been wanting Magnesium alone to help get rid of Calcium parked in the wrong places. Will add Calcium citrate. Thanks Hv! Silica actually plays more of a role in making sure that calcium goes where it is supposed to than magnesium.
