Yes that is the book. I have used the Healing Codes threes times, but I only did it long enough for some of my symptoms to disappear then stopped. I am kicking myself now that I didn't continue and heal my AF all the way. I started them again 2 weeks ago but this time I went through all my supplements one by one taking each to make sure it wasn't any of those that were really making my healing faster. So far in two week I have reduced my cortisol significantly and have even started to lose weight. I hesitated to mention the Healing Codes here before because they were very pricey before. So when I saw the book I was so happy to see now just about anyone can afford to get them.

I worked a job before that allowed me to be exposed to and try a lot of really different kinds of healing techniques. Of all the things I have tried the Healing Codes has been one of the most powerful. I really like to find works well and works fast. EFT is also a good technique and I found it worked better for me but I had to tapping on both sides of my body. Then I got to try the healing codes and every time I do them my body lets out a deep sigh like I just let go of a ton of stress.
