If am converting that right you are like 5ft 5 and 40 kg is like 90 pounds? If that is right they you are anorexic big time to think you should weigh 90 pounds. Someone 5ft zero would look like a stick at 90 pounds or about 40 kg.

You should weight would think 140 minimum 130 pounds and think your current 65 kg would be close to optimal. If you are not in shape then do exercise, some aerobic type 5x week and some weight training 3x week . Don't think you have much if any weight you should lose. A short fast like 7 days can be benefical for health reasons so you could do that you would drop mabye 10 or so pounds most would be water and a few would be fat. You would regain the water right away but again it might be fine to do that once in awhile.

Long fasts are not good idea especially at your age.
