I have difficulty doing Clark's kidney cleanse for more than a few days at a time. Over the years I have stopped using most of the supplements and now only use the 3 main herbs - marshmallow, hydrangia, gravel root with Magnesium capsules, Vit B6 and sometimes parsley water. Even a few days of this helps my joints be more flexible. So if you are worried just start with the basics - gravel root, B6, magnesium and drink sufficient water. You can add the other ingredients one at a time and see how you do. This method is slower but will work eventually.
