First Time with MMS

This is my first time using a forum like this and my first time using MMS. I am SO grateful there are others I can communicate with as I do this! I’ve known about MMS for a long time, but couldn’t bring myself to place the order until I knew of forums. I used 2 drops last night and then again this morning. Nothing to report in the way of nausea, etc. but… the taste and smell will do me in if I don’t change how I’m getting it in. There’s a New Seasons nearby. Will I find what I need in the way of capsules there? Maybe someone can tell me what I should look/ask for and suggest their most effective way of filling them??
