My memory is poor. Are you the same person who is living (with difficulty) on a mostly raw meat diet?

Have you been able to change/move your diet at all?
Have you had any luck increasing your vegetable matter intake?

Remembering (if I am correct) your posts and your posting history it may be an idea to have a close look at fasting with water only on demand. Fasting that way has the best track record both in terms of BP points reduced in the treatment process and the highest success rate subject to a good follow up diet. Fasting also may help the hypoglycemia.

Another procedure which may be worth examining is increased Iodine intake. There are a number of papers mentioning the relationship between iodine and heart issues particularly arteriosclerosis.

In my case I need to carefuly watch both my carb (particulalrly grain) intake and also my animal fats. The later is probably due to iodine insuffiency. Fasting is my backup to control high BP.
