dr hardy thanx alot fo the reply, . will i have any side affects with the alternatives u suggest??? also i have problem with my eyes since i have h pylori, i develpoed lots of eye floaters dark and clear ones, also became very sensitive to flash lights , when the camera flash enters my eyes or if i am outside and the sun shines on the glass of cars and i see the flash remains in my eyes when i blink for some minutes and then disapears, is there any alternatives or vitamins for this ? plz it really makes me worried. i been to the dr 7 months ago for eye floaters they said it wasnt retinal attached and i shouldnt be worried even i dicussed about the flashes they said it is not dangerous, ,,,
