I understand what you are going through. I'm going through a similar thing, but the depression I experience is not constant, and no where near what you have to deal with.
My advice to you is to go real slow with fixing the pyroluria, or it will cause you much pain. Zinc will mobilize the mercury because your body uses mercury in place of the zinc. It will also cause a dumping of copper if you have too much copper, which is no fun either. B6 can make you dump oxalates (at least it does for me), which is no fun either (baking soda baths, bicarbinates internally, and phosphorus helps with this). Niacinimide doesn't seems to cause me any side effects, and it is supposed to help with the depression.
With the mercury detox I suggest starting with something to absorb it from the bowels, like zeolite, betonite clay, or MicroSilica. Then when you start taking the zinc, you will need something that will absorb the mercury from the bloodstream. DMSA works good, but makes candida worse, and made my depression worse. It is expensive, but DMPS is supposed to have less of a candida growing effect. Research the various chelators and protocols and find one you are comfortable with. Absorbing mercury and at the same time building up zinc is a very tricky process, because the chelators bind to the zinc but zinc mobilizes mercury. Plus it is important to make sure all your fillings are removed before taking any chelators, or you will make yourself worse.
coffee enemas are supposed to be very helpful with dumping toxins out of the liver, but you are right, they are no fun. I don't bother with them myself. The B6 makes my liver dump such vast quantities of bile every time I take it, I don't feel the need to stimulate it to dump more.
Something I found useful in addition to the things you have already looked into, is the Vitamin K protocol. I find this is very important for me.
Try to get nutrients in forms easy to digest and assimilate. Naturally fermented foods are good, like raw sauerkraut, kefir, yoghurt, etc, to help rebuild the good bacteria in your gut. End chain B vitamins are very important, as are free form amino acids.
Hope this helps.
