If you're trying to alkaline your body, I’ve found that the best way to do that is the way I’m doing it. This system is called Ted’s Alkalizing Formulas, and you can read everything that Ted has to say about this by going to his website. I’m not going to post it, but you can go to any search engine and key in “Ted’s alkalizing formulas” and it should be the first website that shows up. The good thing is, Ted is not trying to sell a single product to us, and those are really the only sites that I’ve learned to trust with dependable information on the Internet.


I’ve been doing this for four days now, and this morning was the first morning I’ve awoken without a single symptom of Candida. I can’t tell you how great that feels. I’m not by any means saying that this Candida fight is over, but this is definitely a beginning. The formula he uses consists of the baking soda, and he also uses either lemon or lime juice in the baking soda. Check it out, can’t hurt.
