What is this in my poo?? Intestinal skin??

Can someone please tell me what on earth this is in my poo:

No that is not toilet paper, its some kind of shedding/lining/skin coming out of my intestines..

Ive had digestive issues for like 2 years now.. started with bloating/pain in around beginnig of large intestine/illocecal valve area.. then I developed prostate inflammation was given a month of Cipro and my digestive issues became much worse..

Mostly odd looking poo's .. often green, sometimes liquidy, sometimes hard, gas, bupring, minor bloating..

This is the worst ive seen it yet.. im thinking its a food allergy reaction or some kind of bacterial imbalance in my gut causing irritation which causes the intestines to shed off or something..ul
