While I was suffering from Candida I always thought I had IBS. I'd go from constipation to diarhhea quite easily. Sometimes I couldn't do a number 2 for like 4 or 5 days. Then bam! Diarhhea. I was so irregular.

Now post treatment I do a number 2 everyday, sometimes twice a day. So much better than before. But I also eat a boat load of fiber and I drink plenty of water to flush out the intestines. Can't really say I did that before, but after I found out I had Candida I started living life as healthily as I could. Anyway feel better now that i'm regular, because irregularity is so uncomfortable!
