Re: Going to try some phytoestrogens

Schisandra is one of my favorite herbs too. In my personal experience it always seems to help me feel better. I actually wish it were a little more energizing. And after all the weird reactions my body has gone through the past few months and not responding to my old favorite herbs anymore, Schisandra is the one (and maybe even the only one) that I did not develop a bad reaction to.

I read a review on Amazon that a customer wrote saying it helped someone to stop smoking. My 21 yr old son is wanting to stop smoking and he has also been complaining of getting angry at work. I gave him about 15 of my Schisandra capsules and told him to try them to see if they help his mood. If they do maybe he could use them when he is ready to really put forth the effort to stop smoking.

I'm also curious to see if his mood at work improves. He works at a Chili's restaurant and he complains that he always has to do the other employees work because they are lazy. He is one of the hardest working people I know. I told him that maybe some of the employees don't feel well and they don't have energy (from my own experience), but he insists that they just don't want to do their jobs. :)
