I have been flushing for some time now and have failed to experience improvement. It is most frustrating as I follow the set protocol to the very letter and have made so-called "improvements" as I go, but nothing seems to work.

I have been considering the herbs you mentioned for a number of weeks, as well as the possible addition of lecithin to dissolve any large stones I may have. The problem is, as always, this illusion we call money. I shall perhaps fast for a while and give my liver a break from this potion it clearly despises so...

And yes, Maya's post was most inspiring. I shall read it again, in hope of cheering myself up a tad.
