Re: brown rice fruit

I have always been a little hypoglycemic but used to be worse when I was a younger adult. I get a little irritable and maybe a little light headed if I go too long without food.

I ate a large piece of papaya yesterday and it did not seem to cause an issue and the rash is starting to dissipate a little.

I could see body reactions to lots of sugar but rice and fruit although I ate lots of rice but minimal fruit.

Are you suggesting that candida has nothing to do with this rash that was initially caused my medicine delivery patch? Please explain what I can do about blood glucose issues and how it relates to candida. Thanks.
