Ahhhhhhh sounds like a good starting point for something you can do together. Maybe you can get some stress coping books and read it at the same time and then talk about applying it. Or both go to a class that helps people learn to deal with stress or even take a breathing class together. You could visualize good things for each other. Have her as seeing you as calm and happy and then do the same for her.
