Alternative for liver flush

I'm not sure what to do next but my health is deteriorating. I've recently pushed hard to eliminate parasites and Candida, remove metals through many many supplements and specific carbohydrate diet. Over thirty years of battling these issues, including adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidism and leaky gut and I have little to show. As always, the burden may be less, but with more gastrointestinal damage due to the antifungals My sluggish liver needs a flush but my gut can't handle salt, malic acid etc.Many mistakes in my attempt to help have worsened it.

My theory has been that my non secretor blood status has played a big role in absorption and poor elimination of toxins - the mucosal integrity in this type acts like a sponge. In fact, I believe that the 20 percent of the people my doctor can't seem to help, are the non secretors which make up 20 percent of the population. Perhaps the majority at curezone?

Anyway, my skin is dimpling everywhere, yellow and waxy now(I've always taken good care of myself so it's alarming to see.) I have no energy and feel pickled inside. Right side - dull pain. My nail beds are breaking down and I feel like I'm in a trance. I've been water fasting for 3 days now but feel like the Candida I fought back is about to carry me away.

Is there another way to flush the liver besides coffee enemas( I do one once a day) ?I don't want to lose more skin tone.
