Hi there. its day number 22 since i started this treatment. wow im really happy with how its going.

positive results for sure, so i can reveal what im doing but i must say it may not work for everyone. this treatment cured many EC patients in Japan.

all you need is patience, and time off from seeing people (unless you can tell them it will take few to several months to heal this condition). im lucky to be in Japan, cos some people wear flu masks, to prevent flu or allergy etc. so im wearing it when im out.


no vitamin E to be taken. its ok to have Vit E from usual diet, but not from supplements.

no balms, creams, ointments, steroids, moisturizers, glycerin, NOTHING should be used on EC. let it re-learn how to grow without them.

no picking, peeling by force. trimming detached edges with small scissors is fine. but only fully detached part. leave the skin on as long as possible.

gently wash lips daily with very mild facewash or mild soap. to keep it clean.


yes, my EC is shrinking, too, fregasedo. nice to hear its working for you.
