Upon my communication with our TGA it appears generators are exempt from regulation {for how long I've no idea}. So, praps it's a good thing that we are 20 years behind the times, especially as it seems we follow USA fairly close in a number of ways.

What confounds me is that the extract of minutes sent to me from our TGA from a meeting of the Complementary Medicines Evaluation Committee (CMEC), dated December 1998 {how outdated is that?}, apparently derived their information on silver preparations from the 'Internet'. Even so far as to quote some woman who turned blue, but I am unable to find a photo of said woman anywhere on any of the TGA websites - I wonder why that would be? Don't need three guesses there, as they would all be right.

Of course you and I both know who they would be referring to, which is rather deceptive to say the least as the product she used was in no way associated with the product in discussion. In fact, it was a product available prior to the advent of our electrolytically produced product as far as I'm aware.

It seems they lump everything involving silver into one big bag, which is quite ridiculous in the 21st century.

No worries Tony, I take the point from that link you gave though, anything is possible when it comes to the establishment.
