One week dry fast

My uncle has had surgery to "remove" his colon cancer. He's very indoctrinated into the mainstream health system.

The operation was a week ago and ever since he has not been drinking water or eating anything, on doctor's order.

He appeared to be fine until yesterday where he suddenly got very weak and sick.

I think the lack of water is causing this. 8 days without water... that sounds insane to me.

But you guys here know more about dry fasting than me, what do you think?
