Your opinion on these ozone machines.Test for hot or cold corona.

 Could you tell me if you think either one of these are good?

I would drink the cold water like you suggested being you think that will be enough to get rid of the dioxins.

I seriously doubt that either unit is really a cold corona unit.  I have seen several companies claim that their machines were cold corona even though they were really hot corona.  So I do not take the word of companies when they claim to be cold corona.  Unfortunately there is no solid way to tell if they are telling the truth  without looking at the design internally.  A true cold corona system would have a discharge tube with a double dielectric and a high voltage and low frequency transformer powering it.  A single dielectric creates a hot corona as does a double dielectric with a high frequency (solid state) transformer.

If you get one of the units there is a simple way to test it though. Take a glass of distilled water and test he pH for a baseline. Then ozonate the water with a plastic diffuser using air for a starting gas for 15-20 minutes.  Then check the pH again.  Cold corona machines do not generate acids in the presence of air like hot corona machines will.  Therefore, if the pH of the water drops (goes acidic) the machine is a hot corona.
