Re: ACV Bomb

I came up with what we now call the ACV Bomb simply in order to 'simplify things' :)

Dr. Christopher suggests that we should all have ACV, blackstrap molasses (or raw *local* honey) and cayenne, three times daily. Dr. Schulze (and others) suggests daily garlic.

The first day I tried to get those 4 different things into me "3 times", I found myself putting a glass to my lips twelve times...and that just was not going to work for me. SO, I chose to mix them all together and only put a glass to my lips 3 times a day...and that is how the ACV Bomb was created.

Do you (or anybody else) *have* to do it every day (or should you)? If you want to get those substances in your body, that's the easiest way I've found to get them in.

On the other hand, anything can be harmful when taken in excess...so if you feel you're getting 'too much' of something, then do some googling/researching for valid information about your concern (to see if anything matches your 'feeling'), and then cut back or eliminate whichever ingredient you decide you need to adjust...and see how that makes you feel.
