Unfortunately, celiacs testing is so inaccurate. I am sure there are people who have once been gluten intolerant but after treatment of their food sensitivities, can eat gluten. If you say that to people with celiac, on the celiac board, they willadamantly suggest that the person has never had celiac in the first place though.

I had antibodies to gliadin. I also had antibodies to my thyroid. I cut out gluten and have been gluten free for over a year. I'm sure though that when my gut is working right and my other food sensitivities go away, i'll have no problem with gluten.
