I don't believe that "low carb" really was the problem. It may have been your choices of protein.
If you're eating correctly then you have no need for "fiber". In many cases, fiber will actually cause more problems then help.
When eating protein, it's best to look for high quality protein such as grass fed bison and beef and stay away from pork and anything meat which is either farmed or has hormones or given grain to eat.
Specifically, you're looking for any animal who does not eat meat itself. This would be bison, beef, deer, antelope, etc...
When cooking the meats, ideally you'll let them soak overnight in ACV in order to ensure they are tenderized and easy for your body to digest.
In the U.S. we've forgotten about eating foods with enzymes when eating meat. In the Polynesian Islands they eat pineapple and other enzyme foods to help break down the meat. We rarely do this in the U.S. and when we do it's usually for decoration rather than digestion.
You also have to look at salt intake. Salt is very important when eating meat. Many people have cut down or eliminated their intake of salt. But salt, is very important for the digestion of meat. The salt works best when it is allowed to dissolve prior to eating the meat.
Of course, we're not talking about table salt . We're talking about Himalayan and Celtic salt with trace minerals.
When I need a quick burst of energy I take coconut oil, a banana and some vanilla extract and it gives me a quick burst of energy. It's also good for the digestion system and will help you "go".
The ACV as long as it's Organic is also good for the digestive system and will help you "go". But if you're this constipated then you need a "quick fix" and the Magnesium Citrate, Ascorbic Acid and Ozonated water are the way to go.
Finally, eating the fat of these meats is also important. Again, many people have eliminated fat from their diet. Fat from these meats is where you get CLA, B12 and other nutrients. This also helps in the digestion of the meat.
Check your medications and talk to your pharmacist (not doctor) about the side effects and interactions. Explain to them about your constipation problems and they can probably suggest something else to help you and many will call the doctor and make a recommendation.
