Thanks so much for the help. My problem is I have bladder issues ie bacteria and fungus that keeps it reactive. Allergic bladder or IC. Every time I try to take vitamin c it hurts my bladder. Also when I tried to take licorice root it increased my estrogen (I am estrogen dominant). Even certain B vitamins (containing yeast) bother my bladder. I am getting depressed because it seems I am allergic to so much that I can't take things that are supporting. I have got to find something. I am taking Nettle tea hoping this helps me in some way.

by the way does it matter how much water you take it in?
