I was a everyday smoker for about two years before starting to feel ill.

Then once I was sick getting stoned made me feel more paranoid and generally anxious so I laid off it a bit. I thought on it later and I think what was making me so anxious was that I didn't know what was wrong with my body and I feared the worst. One of the most stringent effects weed has is making our bodies and nerves extra sensitive. This leads to feeling all your candida induced physical maladies all the more.

I think if you can conquer your anxiety over being well in general though weed is a wonderful thing. I dont smoke everyday but maybe twice a week now. And when I do, all I need is one hit and I feel great. I'm an illustrator and guitarist so I appreciate the inspiration, it's a wonderful thing. So I say, give it a shot. I have no doubt that indica will make you sleep like a babe
