hi wheretheresawill...thanks, and i really know how you feel, i've had this for 10 years, at certain points it was very very bad.

and i know what you mean, it's very frustrating, you just would like a little more info. it can be difficult to research and experiment when already sick, not to mention support really helps when you're in a place where there isn't too many places to turn.

being unwell affects your clearity, knowing what to do, having the will and energy to do it. i hope what you are trying now works. thanks for sharing, let us know how you are doing.
