What I did last night is exactly what Watch suggested....it did seem to help with the bladder infection or whatever that as b/c I did have frequency and pain with urination last night.

I took uva ursi, ginger, ACV, baking soda, and dmannose before bed. That seemed to help with the bladder issues.

Then this morning, I do believe I did get my period. I went to the OBGYN this morning and that is what she said. My last two periods have been VERY very light and this is much different than anything I have experienced. A little frightening b/c there is only flow when I urinate and it is bright red and clotty. (LIVER?? regulating hormones?)

NO, I will not do any chelation until I feel my body has stablized! My body simply couldn't handle it at the moment. I had HOPED that this cleanse and Schulzes liver cleanse would prepare me for chelation, but it may be some months done the road yet.

I will never do another liver flush! I had a bad experience with that, but I will use herbs and tonics for liver cleansing....

I will update again tomorrow when I get my urinalysis results back...just called and it won't be done until tomorrow.
