That's more in line with the quantities I had done before but after reading about juice feasting I immediately resonated with it. It's abut abundance as the name feasting implies. The plan calls for 3 to 5 quarts
of juice. 3 qt is what works for me both from my personal capacity and also to make 5 qts of juice I'd spend half my day just making juice and cleaning. Between gathering the vegs, making the juice and cleaning the machine. I already spend at least 2 hours a day sometimes more. I keep a full sized fridge pretty well packed to the hilt and even with that I have to resupply about every 4 to 5 days. If I was drinking 5 qts I'd be going to the store every other day. Fortunately the place I live now is close to a huge farmers market where the supplies are fresh, plentiful and organic. Wayyy cheaper than regular grocery stores.
The one supplement I do that really makes sense to me is hemp oil both because it supplies the ideal balance as required by the human body of Omega 3 and 6 but also on long juice fasts since one is not ingesting fats there is minimal bile production creating conditions favorable to the formation of liver/gallbladder stones. The other thing I do is MSM. First my curiosity was peaked because just about every account I read of folks juice feasting was doing it. I'm not one to be easily swayed by mass mentality but after reading about it and lots of testimonials I've given in to it. If you're gonna train while fasting consider "Feasting" instead and up you quantities to 3 quarts or more.
Kayaking is for pu$$ies. It takes way more skill to handle a canoe and besides you can't carry cooler full of beer in a kayak :+D The ww canoeing I'm taking about is not what most folks think of, like sitting on a cane seat. These are specialized boats where you kneel on a foam pedestal and are strapped in to the boat The smaller playboats can be rolled like kayaks.
