Looking for thoughts, I have taken two hundred fifty mgs of Iodine for three weeks, and now have dropped to hundred forty for the last seven days, so been at it for about five weeks, as I was very depressed, Now, I seem to be going back into a depressive mood.
The iodine has fixed a lot of my bad things, and my gut feeling, I feel I need another couple weeks to finsih the job.
Obviously I could down some anti depressants, but now that I am healthier, I really do not enjoy the feelings those thing give off.
any thoughts would be muchly appreciated.
