I am x military, lots of exposure to agent orange, lots of vaccinations, ten years of AD's.
Your words bring me insight. I was told to use DMSO with iodine, it has really helped my brain out of depression, but my body is in the pits. I feel real old, clumbsy, slow moving.
Iodine is supposed to help the body balance as to ph, my gut feeling since I am having a tough time of getting enough magnesium, I understand the body does not use iodine or mag very well unless in the proper ph level, is that I must be acidic, so eating lots of alkaline foods, and not many acid foods. During this period, I had one day of mannic, it was a bit unnerving, I seen to recall dousing myself well with oil of mag, but have since tried that and nothing.
I feel inside if I could go to the bathroom and relieve myself of all the toxins in my body, I would be fine, but thats just a feeling, and of course it does not happen.
