I think you're doing the right thing by replacing your fillings. You have frequently described symptoms of mercury toxicity.

You should find out more about the chelating programs people use. Some people prefer the Cutler Protocol (DMSA and ALA). Some people use DMPS (IV or oral).

I'm currently using cilantro and chlorella to chelate. It's cheap but not the easiest method. There are quite a few side effects, and some people worry about it's safety. I haven't had a huge amount of trouble and 6 months of doing it gave me obvious improvement.

I used the Cutler Protocol for 2 years. It seemed much slower than cilantro but gentler with fewer side effects. DMSA is kind of expensive, but can help with a variety of metals and not only mercury. Some people recommend using ALA by itself, but you should wait for 4 months after filling replacement to begin using it.

I haven't used DMPS, but some people have said it's very effective while others worry about its safety. You would need a prescription from a doctor to use it.

There are other methods too. I would do some research and decide which method is best for you. Don't start any chelating until your silver fillings are gone. Also, don't pursue chelating in a haphazard way because poor chelating can cause problems too.

Somebody recommended rinsing your mouth out with chlorella before and after filling removal. I've also read that you should have your fillings removed all at once rather than a few at a time. Maybe one release of mercury into your body is better than 3 or 4 smaller releases. I'm not exactly sure.

If you need to feel better immediately, you should try the candida diet. Intestinal yeast overgrowth is a common symptom of heavy metal toxicity. The diet can help you control the symptoms, but it's a difficult diet to follow and needs to be followed strictly to really help. A Google search would tell you more about that too.
