You have gotten some good replies and are doing quite well in treating parasites. However if you are not preventing reinfection or preventing new infections you may continue to have parasite problems. You may have a condition which makes you more succeptable to parasites - low stomach acids, poor immunity as these are the first line of defence against parasites. People with gluten sensitivity (Celiac Disease) or gluten intolerances seem to have more problems with parasites. Bathroom and kitchen sanitation are important. It is best to eat only cooked foods and no eating with hands or fingers. Other people in your household and pets may provide sources of contamination so need to be treated. Keep pets flea free to avoid getting tapeworms.
