Have a question about swollen lymph node

Hi all. I started oil pulling a week ago using extra virgin coconut oil. I do it first thing in the morning for 15 to 20 minutes. I started doing it mainly for my gums which are receding out of control. Haven't figured out why exactly. I have had AF since February and have been through a whirlwind of problems ever since. My digestive system has been a wreck and I have sinus problems that have been there for a month. Just constant drainage causing me to cough up junk. I feel this is all fungul.

Anyway, a few days ago my lymph node in my groin area on the right side swelled up and hurts a little to the touch. I am wondering if this is semi normal or should I be really worried? It isn't huge but noticable to me. Would love some input and advice at this point.
