Re: Pasteurized Juice

my first juice fast (many years ago, and without knowing much about it or any natural healing) was with pasterized juice from the health store. i found it to be a quite a good rest, although at the time my regular diet was horrid, so anything away from that would feel great.

since then i've been juicing for a long time. and there's just no comparison to bottled juice. as you know. (didn't we once do a juice fast on the raw food board many years ago?). fresh is most healing, but i think bottled is alright for a rest and it isn't harmful. what about starting on bottled juices and maybe after a few days you'll tire of their deadness anyway! lol..for someone who's juiced a lot, i can see that happening. but if not, it's still a rest and some benefit i think.
