Living Well Pages

This year I hope to finish the idea started last year with the Living Well pages. I wanted to list the 300 + common ailments and what I would suggest to do. That way anyone wanting to go the Barefoot way, they simple look on the web site or copy all the files to paper and make them selves a quick read book.

I WILL KEEP THIS MATERIAL INSIDE THE FIRST SCHOOL WEBSITE and not on the public web site, simply because you are getting my suggested ideas, such as doses and product descriptions, etc...EVERYTHING as though you had asked me in person. The First School website is open to all customers and even if you don't buy herbal products, "IF" you sponsor the NEW SCHOOL FOLDER each year, that makes you a customer that always has access to all the past school folders. (No longer free-access, but part of the School of Self-Applied Prevention membership ... membership is $108 per year.)

I will have a list of every product I suggest and its description, etc..which will be a large task on its own. These products will be listed as pdf files and not linked inside the pdf files such as this example:

1. Abrasions (Scrapes, Cuts)

Definition & Symptoms:
The appearance of these wounds is well known; however, certain cuts such as those that are deep and wide may require immediate attention by a doctor to prevent scarring. If the bleeding does not stop using the following methods, or if blood gushes in bright spurts, you should seek medical attention immediately.

Cause:
A spot rubbed bare of skin or mucous membrane. These are wounds to the skin common in childhood. A cut severs the skin, such as is inflicted by a sharp object; an abrasion rubs and/or scratches the surface, such as the common scraped knee; and a bruise results from forceful pressure against some object, where the skin is not broken so the blood rushes to the damaged tissue beneath the surface.

DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS & HELPFUL INFORMATION:
Only clean the area if the cut is simple and can be done with no further damage. Keep cuts dry. If bleeding badly, remove clothing and cool the body. Give ample water, not commercial acidic drinks. A sick body will expel waste out of an injury. Scams and puss are signs of internal waste coming outward. A clean body heals rapidly. Keep the diet wise when dealing with sever injuries, follow diet suggested in BOOK I.

If you have no herbs and have no professional help, apply wet cloths soaked in cool water as often as needed. If bleeding badly, apply pressure and seek help asap. Drink plenty of cool water as long as you feel in danger.
For a simple abrasion I suggest HERBAL SPRAY I or HERBAL “BOO BOO” SPRAY applying as many sprays as needed to control pain and at least twice per day until all signs of damage are gone.

For a simple abrasion with loss of skin, I suggest putting on a little B & W OINTMENT then cover with normal bandage. For simple cut, immediately fill with NO BLEED POWDER and cover with bandage. Apply fresh NO BLEED over the old each morning. If the NO BLEED falls off, then simply apply fresh each day, but don’t try to wash it off until the wound is ok to do so with out causing damage or bleeding.
If the wound is large and you’re treating with out professional care, then fill the wound with NO BLEED and repeat as listed above on a daily basis. If the wound can be pulled close together and bandaged, it may shorten the healing time.

Those that are bleeders. Follow above suggestions and consume NO BLEED CAPSULES as needed. Up to one capsule average per minute until all bleeding has stopped. If you do not have NO BLEED CAPSULES, then put ¼ teaspoon of NO BLEED POWDER in a full glass of water and drink; repeat until bleeding stops. For internal bleeding go to “Bleeders”.

To avoid scaring supplement of plant based Calcium and Iron balance helps. The NO BLEED POWDER often works well to avoid scars when used direct in the cut. Same info applies for horse / dog / animal injuries.

THIS COULD TAKE A YEAR, DEPENDS HOW MUCH TIME TO SPEND ON THIS PROJECT, VERSES BUILDING THE 2009 NEW SCHOOL FOLDER.

WHEN THIS PROJECT IS DONE, IT SHOULD WIPE OUT 90% OF THE QUESTIONS ON THIS FORUM. EVERYTIME SOMEONE ASK A HEALTH QUESTION, ANYONE CAN JUST TELL THEM TO GO TO THE FOLDER AND IF THEY DON'T HAVE THE ACCESS CODES, THEN TELL THEM TO E-MAIL ME.

HOPEFULLY THIS WILL HELP AND REMOVE THE THOUSANDS OF E-MAILS EVERY YEAR ASKING "WHAT DO I DO FOR THIS?".
